Here’s all the accessories and amenities:

  • A 2003 Ford E-450 Super Duty 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel, titled as a motorhome. The interior height is 71 1/2". Mechanically sound with no fluid leaks or rust. Brand new glow plugs, six new E load 11-ply T/A Ko2 tires, Firestone airbags, and a wireless dual-zone air compressor. The bus handles mountain passes effortlessly and maintains highway speed limits, loaded or empty.

  • Sanded and sandblasted to bare metal and professionally painted. Wheel rims are powder-coated, and windows have high-end ceramic tint with a lifetime warranty. 16 gauge steel replaced window in the back only. Upgraded with new LED lights and equipped with floodlight LED bars all aroun for extra visibility. Features a lockable storage box, a 120-volt outlet near the passenger door, and a propane storage drawer that feeds the roof deck fire pit. The modified passenger door swings outward with a locking knob for enhanced security.

  • Boasts a 16-gauge welded steel frame, a redwood deck with a custom solar panel track system, hammock pole inserts, and a large luggage rack. Solar panels slide out to serve as awnings, providing shade.

  • Equipped with a 30-amp shore power plug, 1280 watts of Renogy monocrystalline solar panels, a Victron 3000-watt inverter/charger, a Victron 100-amp MPPT charging controller, and two Victron 30-amp DC-to-DC chargers for charging from the vehicle's alternator. All electrical components are connected through Victron's Lynx distributor for accurate power readings. The bus has four 12V OWL MAX 2 - LiFePO4 - 228Ah batteries, totaling 912 amp hours at 12 volts. These batteries feature a built-in battery management system and a fire suppression safety system. The electrical system also includes a hard-wired propane alarm, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and an automatic climate-controlled exhaust system for the electrical cabinet and refrigerator/freezer area.

  • The plumbing system consists of an outside city water connection and potable water fill hole, an Everflo 5.5 GPM water pump, a pre-filter for the pump, an adjustable pressurized accumulator, a 65-gallon fresh water tank with auto on/off heat pads, and a 31-gallon grey water tank with auto on/off heat pads. The bus features an LED digital water level readout to track the water level. It is equipped with a Girard tankless propane water heater with auto defrost. All piping is done with Sharkbite connectors and PEX-B, supported by stud suspension clamps. The composting C-head toilet includes an exhaust fan for proper ventilation.

A custom-made double-wall stainless steel heat shield and platform ensure safety. For cooling, there's a 9,000 BTU Pioneer mini-split air conditioner with a heat pump. Additionally, an Espar Airtronic S2 DL2 diesel heater is installed, which is connected to the bus's fuel tank and has an auto elevation adjustment feature. The heating and cooling systems are complemented by a Fantastic air in/out 3-speed fan with a thermostat.

  • The shower area measures 32" x 32" and features cedar shower walls, an LED light above the shower door, and an LED backlit marble wall light. An exhaust fan is installed in the ceiling to control humidity and a self-squeegee retractable antimicrobial shower door ensures convenience. The showerhead is adjustable in height and can be moved as needed.
